PEACE SCHOLARSHIPS

APPLICATIONS MUST REACH A ROTARY CLUB IN DISTRICT 9320 BY 7 MAY 2004 AT THE LATEST

The WORLD PEACE SCHOLARSHIP is for a two-year special Masters degree course at one of seven selected leading universities worldwide. This means the applicant should preferably have at least an honours degree or equivalent by June 2005.

Applicants should not be straight out of university. They should have been successfully employed in some form of occupation involved with conflict resolution or international understanding at a high level and should show demonstrated commitment to peace and international understanding. It is expected that the successful candidate will use the skills / knowledge acquired in his or her occupation after the completion of the course.
